In some instances Insurance Company providing Extended Health Benefits requires doctor’s prescription. Please refer to your Extended Health Benefits Manual or Human Resources Department.

Q: Is service covered by Extended Health Benefits i.e. Employee Benefits?
A: Yes. Please refer to your Extended Health Benefits Manual or Human Resources Department.

Q: Can I receive treatment while being under care of other Health Care Provider i.e. Naturopath, Chiropractor, Physiotherapist?
A: Yes, in most cases. It is always better to discuss each case individually. Due to common overlap in the professional scopes of practice it is even beneficial to utilize multidisciplinary approach to any health issue.

Q: How can I pay for your services?

Q: Will I get receipt or invoice after I pay?
A: Yes, absolutely. You may request receipt/invoice either for each individual treatment or accumulative for number of treatments.
