“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” Benjamin Franklin

This is the truth without any doubt. Without knowing and acting upon this every day eventually people are paying a huge price at the end of their days. My heart hurts, I am sure yours too, when we are seeing people being sick, suffering, mislead, misguided and treated unfairly.

This past weekend I met a “HUMANIST”. Here is a definition from Wiki: “Humanism is a philosophical and ethical stance that emphasizes the value and agency of human beings, individually and collectively, and generally prefers critical thinking and evidence (rationalism, empiricism) over established doctrine or faith (fideism).[1] In modern times, humanist movements are typically aligned with secularism, and today “Humanism” typically refers to a non-theistic life stance centered on human agency, and looking to science instead of religious dogma in order to understand the world.[2]

So basically, the point of view is “Humans can save themselves through intellect, science, research and discoveries and good deeds”.

In our conversation a “humanist” said “when I get a heart condition, I know what to do. I am going to start exercising….” And the truth is “that medical evidences show that 50 % of people who will develop cardiovascular condition will die from the heart attack before they even diagnosed?”

Maybe an early diagnosis is the solution? Or maybe we should exercise before we get the cardio-vascular disease? The argument was that why medicine is advancing and medication and heart transplants are available that we can enjoy live with too much worry or concern. A “humanist“ said “even elite hockey players in their best shape get heart attacks!” His other comment “… good nutrition is the solution for all problems…”

Good nutrition is great and I asked him “what controls the nutrients absorption and metabolic utilization of nutrition?”

What controls all organs function? What controls muscles? What controls healing? Balance? Coordination? All hormones?

The answer is “Central Nervous System, Brain and Spinal cord and network of nerves that pass through spine!”

He didn’t know a simple answer and it already effected his life dramatically!

Finally, he said “When you get a problem than definitely come see you.” At this point, I honestly almost fell off the chair. After all being said and done it was perceived totally wrong. I cared way more if he learned and understood the PRINCIPLE that HEALING and it is AN INNATE GIFT FROM GOD, rather than come and see me. I was more concerned about his health and life and him making proper steps and decisions towards his better life and health.

Subluxation is a result of Physical, Chemical and Emotional Stress! Yes, we need to minimize those. But, can we truly avoid them? The answer is “NO”.

Chiropractic Adjustments corrects Subluxation minimizing a negative impact of daily life.

Chiropractic is hugely misunderstood and we all have so much work to do to help others to make proactive steps to correct spines and looking after it after. The biggest blessings that we are designed to heal. Confusion is that when people get adjusted often symptoms go away. Even though we are happy that symptoms are gone (Praise to God) this messes up the principal understanding of Proactive Life!

Often resolution of symptoms reinforces the wrong tendency of thinking that chiropractic is only needed when symptoms are present. Another confusion is that chiropractic cures something. The truth is that healing already been deposited in every one of us by God (Breath of Life!). We simply remove the interference of this healing – Subluxation.

Chiropractic works the best when there are no symptoms and we preserve and multiply our potential. THE PRINCIPLE always works! Always was and always will, because it is coming from God! All principles are coming from God! He is the author of life and the creator of the Universe. We can use those God given principles and gain benefit or we can ignore them and never realize our potential.

Be blessed and have a Subluxation free life!

With Love,
