I personally love summer, so much fun and the joy associated with this season, cottage, and vacationing, fishing, gardening, barbecue, family and friends time. But what I observed that this is the time when my focus is challenged and I pay extra attention to any destructions of my purpose/vision/goal in life.

So it’s concluded that summer is one of the most dangerous periods when people loose their health easily and faster for many reasons:

  • Many people do not prepare themselves for the intensity of fun that they want to have. The real example could be, if you train your body to be able to do gardening, meaning having enough flexibility in the joints and muscle endurance to perform gardening.
  • Another great example is that people have the tendency over eat and over drink (and I don’t mean a freshly squeezed greenly smoothie). Therefore increasing a toxicity level to the point that many get sick, and then they wonder “it’s good weather, it’s hot, and it should be fun. Why am I getting sick in the middle of the summer?”
  • Loosing health focus and vision. That is probably the most destructive pattern. The only one reason you can be motivated to work out and have a healthy meal and stay well adjusted, and say NO to extra beer, is to have a clear & strong Vision for your healthy future. Because, every worldly advertisement is trying to get you off course off healthy, vibrant and joyful life that God has in store for you. The Enemy is getting extra skilled to take you off course and tricking you in the lie “live in the moment, die in the moment.”

The whole magic of staying on purpose is to renew your mind on a daily basis and maintain the vision for yourself and for your family.

“Health is the accumulative result of all actions of your life”, you are not loosing it in the moment, except accidents, and you are not gaining it back in the moment, therefore it requires a constant effort.
