When I was an athlete at the beginning of one of the seasons, in which I was qualified for Olympics, our coach had a meeting with us, athletes. At this meeting he mentioned that “there are no shortcuts to the places worth going”. I heard it, but I really didn’t understand what it meant at that moment.

When our coach announced a training plan to us, I thought that he is joking. The training plan was unrealistic. I mean, no one else in the world had ever done the training that he had planned for us. We were all afraid of failing and losing our health and career due to over-training.

Days, weeks, and months were passing by so slow, we never even thought that we will make it to our first preliminary event. Training was so hard. We had all kind of thoughts to use methods like steroids or doping just to make through the training. But we knew that we had support from our families, coaches, friends, and the country, which kept us going. That was one of the hardest physically, emotionally, and spiritually enduring year in my life, along with immigration and going through years of chiropractic college. That was the year when I learned that a person can fall asleep before touching the bed, mid-fall.

At the end of this year we were rated the best performing team in Europe. We did our best, FULL-OUT day after day, and we were so happy of our achievements. I can only praise God for what he has done with us and for us.

Think about your health. Right now, you are building your future health and we know there are so many obstacles on the way to your dream life: time, weather, commitment, finances just to mention few…

It may look discouraging and scary now, but in 20-30 years, you will look better, feel better, and find yourself being healthier than all the others who used to joke and make fun of you while you’re working hard on your health.

But here are some questions “Are you training FULL-OUT? Are you doing your exercises 5 days a week? Are you on the Denneroll every day? How is your nutrition? Is your focus on the positive or the negative things?”

God gave us life and equipped us with the ability to choose! The choices are ours to make! And there are no shortcuts to the places worth going. And you can steward your own life by making the right decisions on a daily basis.

We are here to help and guide you through the proper adjustments and training.

Good news, you don’t need to go through chiropractic school to embrace the chiropractic lifestyle. To learn how to maintain your nervous system function, healing and re-creation; You just need to follow advice, ask questions, stay on track with your adjustments, and stay on track with physical and spiritual practices by motivating yourself through the VISION that God deposited in your heart.

You can also be an example for your friends and for your family for the next 30-60-100 years. Ask yourself, “Where would I like to be and what would I like to be doing at 85?”

Stay on course.
You and your family are worth it.
