It has been another increasing year in our lives. I am always amazed that I have this amazing opportunity to serve people and be a chiropractor. To be able to work with the healing power of God that is within you and being involved in the restoration of God’s giving health potential that you would be able to fulfill your mission in life. We served you and many others, and many people were healed and health was improved and restored, by the grace of God. If you are not there yet, do not be discouraged, keep plugging in and doing what needs to be done and do not worry too much on how fast or slow you are healing, you are on the right path.
I know it! I have seen it! I believe it!
I can only say, with my whole heart attached to it, I believe that if you keep doing right things; healing is happening inside of you, despite of how you feel.
I think that this celebration has a great purpose for us as a reminder that we need to be thankful for many things in our lives. It is nice to be reminded once in a while to be thankful, but how life would be if are thankful all the time and not only once a year? Scripture says:
“16Rejoice always, 17pray continuously, 18 give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
1 Thessalonians 5
This is incredible wisdom. I am not sure about you, but I often need reminder of that. Please notice, that scripture says IN all circumstances, not FOR all circumstances.
This is where no matter how things are going in our lives, we need to find things that we are thankful for IN those circumstance that we are currently in. Be thankful ALWAYS! Not only when things are going great, ALWAYS!
Just as an example, “I am thankful that I had an earthly father and we had many wonderful moments together. Even though my earthly father is no longer with us, I am thankful for Jesus to wash away his and my sins and we will meet again in Heaven”.
I am thankful for chiropractic because it helped me to restore my health even though I was told many times that I am done running, or even some doctors told me that I might not even make it with in 5 years, that was 7 years ago…
I am thankful that I am a chiropractor and can work with this magnificent power from God that is within you, even though I missed the most precious years of my son’s childhood going through Chiropractic College.
No matter how good or bad things are going right now, there are things in your life that you can be thankful for.
If it is hard to find those great moments in your life to be thankful for, STOP living this human rat race and take time to spend in a quiet place alone and ask God to show you those amazing moments in your past or future life.
I am absolutely positive that if you open your heart, you can find many great things that you need to be thankful for, TODAY!
