Criticism and Judgment are Deadly Poisons, to YOURSELF and OTHERS!!

Nowadays, in our modern world, it’s very trendy to be positive through “feel-good statements.” If all of them would be true, why is 60% of the population chronically depressed? Why is there a 54% rate of divorce? Why do we have 300% increase in autistic spectrum disorders in children? Why does emotional and spiritual poverty overrun God’s grace? Some of those positive people are sincere and honest but some of them are just as fake as lies. I often wonder why the very same people with a “positive, mental attitude” are taking anti-depressants like Prozac, Diazepam, Zoloft, just to mention few. Where does their happiness come from? Is it real? How do their lives look when no one is watching?

I have yet to meet a critical and judgmental person in good health. The reason for this is that critical and judgmental people use this type of behavior as an excuse, Mostly for themselves NOT to get engaged and NOT TO BE responsible for their life, health, and success. They often using those excuses such as blaming others, or circumstances, for their losses and failures. The reality is, critical and judgmental people try to build their lives on destruction of other people, meanwhile destroying themselves and poisoning not only their own lives but also lives of people around them. The problem though is that some people around critical and judgmental people fall as victims of lies and destruction being led away from responsibilities, success, joy, happiness and finally health. With time, they become presenting happy on the OUTSIDE, and chronically unhappy people on the INSIDE.

As a result, this circle of victims and false leaders become frustrated asking why God doesn’t provide for them the things that were promised in scriptures: health, joy, love, prosperity, greatness, good relationships etc.

Often times, critical and judgmental people use their fake positive attitude to capture good people who are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually at the lowest points of their lives and are not equipped for a fight for themselves and as a result fall in that fake positive trap. BE SOBER IN YOUR MIND!

Here is my advice to you: First, do not judge or criticize!

Second, do not respond on judgment by criticizing yourself or others! The most loving person on the planet is Jesus. He knew there was a time for silence. When Jesus was being ridiculed and prepared for his crucifixion, He was silent. “But Jesus held his peace” (Matt. 26:63). Jesus did not feel obligated to answer critics and judgement. DO NOT FALL IN THE TRAP OF CRITICISM and JUDGING! Remember why you do what you do!

I know most of us, often, are/were being ridiculed and judged for us having and/or providing chiropractic care. We have been judged and ridiculed for providing a good care for God’s gift, our bodies. “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.

Share your faith with them! If they receive it, great, if they don’t, shake the dust of your feet, and move on. Pray for them. At the end, we are happy for us and sorry for them, they made their choices. That’s all we can do “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32.

Stay firm in your belief! Be blessed in all things!
