Summer is my favorite season. There is so much to do: sports, hiking, biking, running and swimming outdoor, camping etc. The joy associated with this season involves cottages, and vacationing, fishing, gardening, barbeque, meeting with family and friends, oversleep, over rest, overdrink. Those activities are wonderful, enjoy them, but DON’T’ let them have a huge negative impact on your health! Don’t let FUN blur the Health Vision for the future.

Summer, much like the Christmas Season, is the two most dangerous seasons from a health perspective! The most amount of Physical, Chemical and Emotional trauma is happening during summer and Christmas! Drama, Disease and Death rates are the highest! 54% increase in death!
Just a bit more food, more drink, more sleep and more fun, EASILY gets people out of focus and our long-term vision is gone. Next, less exercises, less discipline, more complacency, less time and energy left for something more important than just weekend fun, our Health!
On top of self-destructive behaviour, every worldly advertisement is trying to get you off course of healthy, vibrant and joyful life that God has in store for you. The Enemy is getting extra skilled in his lies to put in people’s minds “live in the moment ….”, “life is too short, have fun…”, “you work hard, play hard…” “there is nothing wrong if you skip one session of exercises, or adjustment, SURELY YOUR NOT GOING TO DIE!” It’s all lies!
Here is the truth in Romans 12:1-2 (KJV):
The whole magic of staying on purpose is to renew your mind on a daily basis and maintain the HEALTHY vision for yourself and for your family.
“Health is the accumulative result of all actions of your life”, we are not losing it in the moment, and you are not gaining it back in the moment, therefore it requires a constant effort. Even in accidents, a HEALTHY person has a better chance to survive.
Here are HEALTHY ACTION STEPS:
- Make solid commitment to STAY on track with, EXERCISE, NUTRITION, ADJUSTMENTS.
- DAILY spent time with GOD, feeding your SOUL.
- Make a solid WEEKLY and MONTHLY schedules.
- Share your plan with someone, STAY ACCOUNTABLE.
- Sign up for an event or race that you can commit to participate.
- Make a reward for achievement, if you meet the goal-enjoy it, if not-give it away to your accountability partner.
I believe and trust that you are able to do it! You are a special person, who I know, may step forward and decide to become healthier, stronger, and better with an excellent vision! Visions come from God for your life, not from the world! We love you and we are working hard to help you to be WELL and HEALTHY as you can be!
